Getting to know yourself better is a process…its relieving, its uplifting, its edifying, and trust me it is the best relationship ever, you can call it #SELFAWARENESS…it minimizes your use of statement like ‘I dont know what is wrong with me today’… it stops you from frustrating and complicating your life…it stops you from ruining your happiness and that of your loved ones who might not really understand… Ok! let me use myself as an example…I remember at some point during this semester, I experienced some changes in my body system, Was I reacting to something? I knew this must be due to stress…yes! Mere thinking about what you wish to do, what you are doing, what you have not done and what you are about to do is #STRESSFUL on its own… I said do you know what ‘Im taking a break! It didn’t matter how many work load was waiting, I thought to myself ‘I have done enough. . I have tried’…Im opting out for a break!, I wont do anything but relax throughout today’ guess what it worked!
This same technique is useful in every area of life….all you need to do is STOP…LISTEN…REFLECT AND THEN ACT… Get to know yourself better and you will save yourself some trauma…#Iloveme
