According to the dictionary meaning:
Happiness is that feeling that comes over you when you know life is good and you can’t help but smile. Happiness is a sense of well-being, joy, or contentment. When people are successful, or safe, or lucky, they feel happiness.
You may have your personal definition of happiness which is completely great. We all have one thing or the other that makes us happy, so do not give up on those things. One mistake some people make is to depend on others to make them happy….. Naahhh! That is an error….YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR OWN HAPPINESS MY DEAR 😊
Happiness they say is opposite of sadness. Do not give up on those things that make you happy. When the feeling of sadness is overwhelming you, it might be worth you going back to your drawing board and ask yourself this question:
WHAT WAS I DOING BEFORE THAT MADE ME HAPPY? WHAT DO I DERIVE JOY IN DOING THAT MADE ME HAPPY AND DO NOT STAND IN THE WAY OF OTHER PEOPLE’S HAPPINESS?
Once you are able to answer these questions, then run with it. You should be improving on what makes you happy not regressing.
